⏰ Late & No-Show Policy

• Clients arriving 10+ minutes late may need to reschedule.

• No-shows may be required to leave a deposit for future bookings.

💳 Deposits

• Some services( long nails, nail art, group booking) may require a non-refundable deposit

• Deposits go toward your final service total

❌ Cancellations

• Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes.

• Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

💅 Service Guarantee

• If you are not happy with your nails, please let us know before leaving the salon.

• We offer complimentary fixes within 7 days of your appointment (except regular polish).

• Services are non-refundable and no-store credit.

• We follow strict sanitation and sterilization procedures.

• All tools are properly disinfected for your safety.

• Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or infections before your service.

👶 Children Policy

• For safety reasons, children must be supervised at all times.

• We kindly ask that non-receiving children remain seated.

• We accept cash, debit, and credit cards.

• Prices may vary depending on nail length, design and extra services.

🎁 Gift Cards

• Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service.

• Not redeemable for cash.

🎨 Nail Art, Custom Design & Color Policy​

• Nail art and custom designs are priced separately based on complexity, length, and time required.

• Please show your inspiration photo before the service so we can confirm if the design is achievable.

• Not all designs can be replicated exactly, but we will always do our best to create a similar look.

• We do not customize or mix colors to match external photos or specific shades.

• Our team is happy to help you find the closest match or recommend beautiful alternatives that suit your style from OUR COLOR BOOKS.

• Please confirm your color before application, as any changes after gel is applied and cured will incur an additional charge.
